1/12th and 1/24th SCALE

English Patchwork probably dates from the 17th Century and began as a method to use the good bits of worn and/or damaged fabrics, even in the most affluent homes.

The technique of English Patchwork involves tacking (basting) lots of pieces of fabric over paper templates and then oversewing the edges together to form the required pattern.

At 1/12 and 1/24 scale the accuracy of the paper templates is important to ensure the pieces fit together easily.

My templates are laser cut, including the paper templates, so are absolutely accurate.
